In this 5-session class, advanced beginner knitters will learn to make a top-down sweater in the round with colorwork. We will create a gauge swatch in the round. Students can select yarn and make swatch before the class if desired.
Students should know how to knit and purl. We will demonstrate the long-tail cast-on, connect in the round and discuss color dominance and tension in colorwork. Materials and pattern are not included and can be purchased at Spry Whimsy.
Classes are May 30, June 27, July 11, 25 & August 22, all from 4:30-6:30pm
